Refund Policy

Handling Time: We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Responses might be rescheduled to the next business day during weekends or holidays.


  1. Our policy for returns extends to 90 days. If 90 days have elapsed since you received your order, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Given the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened with intact packaging and tags. This ensures that each product is brand new, safeguarding the health and safety of our customers.

  3. Upon opening the package, the products are deemed used and, therefore, cannot be returned unless found defective.

  4. To initiate a return, please send us images of the unopened package within the 90-day window to Once we verify the status of the package, we'll provide a return address. Please note, return shipping expenses are your responsibility.

  5. This return policy applies to situations including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind.
    • Accidental duplicate orders.
    • Purchase of the wrong item.
    • No longer needing the product.
    • Concerns about the price.

Defective Items:

  1. If an item is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, please reach out with:

    • Order number, SKU of the defective item, and a brief issue description.
    • Images or video of the product, showcasing the problem.
  2. Once the problem is confirmed, we will either replace it with the same item or provide a full refund.

  3. Before reaching out, please ensure:

    • The product has been fully charged.
    • All functionalities, including remote controls, have been tested as per the instruction manual.
    • Products from our store should not be in use while charging.

Lost or Misplaced Packages:

  1. If a package successfully reaches the destination but you did not receive it, we cannot offer a refund.

  2. For packages lost in transit, we will resend the same item at no additional cost.

  3. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to address issues or lack of timely pickup, we will resend the same item, though a $9 shipping fee will be charged.

  4. Any package returns attributed to unforeseen factors, such as customs or unwarranted postal returns, will be re-shipped at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations:

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please try to do so within 24 hours of placement. After this window, given our expedited processing times, it's challenging to halt shipment.

  2. If a package is already in transit and you no longer require it, we recommend declining the delivery. Should acceptance occur, please refer to our return policy.

Receipt of Incorrect Products:

If you believe you've received an incorrect item, contact us within 90 days of purchase with:

  • Photos of the shipping label.
  • Images showing the SKU on the product's wrapping.
  • Snapshots of the entire package and product.

Additional Notes:

  1. For orders valued at $500 or above:
    • We charge a 20% processing fee for complete order cancellations or returns of all products (in unopened condition).
  2. For orders below $500:
    • Full refunds for cancellations.
    • Returns (unopened products) will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
